Terms & Conditions
1. No refunds other than cancellation or substantial alteration of the event.
2. Artists and billed attractions may be subject to change.
3. No unaccompanied under 16s are allowed on site. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 25 years or over.
4. Children under 13 (12 years and under) may enter free, but must be accompanied by a paying adult.
5. No re-admission. Tickets are non-transferrable.
6. In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all guests the organiser reserves the right to refuse admission and refund the ticket value.
7. The organisers of Woolfire Festival cannot accept liability for personal damages, losses, or injuries sustained at this event, including damage and losses to property and motor vehicles, however it may occur.
8. The organisers will not issue duplicate tickets for lost or stolen tickets.
9. Tickets are only valid when purchased from official agents of Woolfire Festival. Tickets purchased from other sources will be refused admission.
10. Strictly no trading allowed within the arena or campsites without the promoter's consent.
11. As a condition of sale ticket holders consent to being filmed, photographed or sound recorded as part of the audience.
12. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to keep their ticket safe. Multiple ticket holders with the same unique ticket code will be refused entry to the festival site.
Information and Notification
1. Do not buy tickets from street traders and unauthorised agencies. Tickets are supplied with a unique security code and any attempt to pass on any other ticket will lead to automatic refusal at the entrance. Beware of forgeries.
2. Please use the litterbins provided and do not burn litter or unwanted belongings.
3. No unauthorised buses, coaches or trucks will be allowed onto the festival site.
4. Illegal substances, portable laser equipment and pens, unauthorised professional film or video equipment, audio recorders, air horns, spray cans, fireworks and flares are not permitted on the festival site and may be confiscated.
5. Food for personal consumption only may be allowed on site. There are food stalls on site.
6. You may be searched at the entrance. Any items, which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon, will be confiscated.
7. Persons suspected of carrying items which may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities, may be searched.
8. No animals other than guide dogs are permitted on site.
9. Fires and the burning of plastics are not permitted on site.
10. To protect your own safety and that of other Woolfire guests, please act responsibly.
11. Entry will only be permitted on production of valid festival tickets.
12. Anyone resisting confiscation of disallowed items or disregarding these conditions will face eviction.
13. Please obey the relevant smoking laws in enclosed spaces on the festival site.
Please be aware that ticket codes are not valid for entry to the festival site. You must exchange your ticket code for a festival wristband at the site entrance.
Remember: Excessive exposure to loud music can cause serious long term hearing damage.
